Do you offer samples?

Yes, you can purchse our Gift Set.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at Ayesha Ziya without creating an account. When you have added your chosen fragrances to the basket and are ready to place the order,just select ‘Continue as Guest’.

How do I register a new account?

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed

If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way that we can.

What forms of payment do you accept

We accept all major credit and debit cards including VISA,MasterCard, Maestro, VISA Electron, Delta & PayPal.

The item that I want is out of stock. When will it be available

Unfortunately, we can’t predict when we will receive more of the product, but if you’d like to email us at info@ayeshaziya.ae where we will be able to give you more information.

Are Ayesha Ziya products tested on animals

No. Animal testing has been banned in Western perfumery for several decades.

What should I do if I have a complaint

Delivery

Standard Delivery

AED 20 within the UAE. Please allow up to 3 working days from placing your order.

Second Day Delivery

AED 30 within the UAE. Please allow up to 2 working days from placing your order.

Overnight Delivery

AED 50 within the UAE. Please allow 1 working day from placing your order.

How can I track my order?

If you provide a mobile phone number at checkout, text notifications will be sent out upon dispatch with an estimated 1 hour delivery slot.

Refunds

Can I get a refund for my fragrance?

Only products purchased through the ayeshaziya.ae website may be returned to the company in accordance with the returns policy. Please return Ayesha Ziya products from authorised stockists to the place of purchase. These returns will be subject to the return policies of the retailer where the purchase was made. Refunds will be processed onto the same card used to make the original purchase.

Data Protection

Do you keep my personal information

Yes, your personal information including name, email address,billing and delivery address when applicable is securely stored in our e-commerce database. This information is available for future orders when logging in so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop with us. Credit card information is not stored.

Do you sell or trade any of my information

We do not sell, trade, or share any o­f your information with anyone under any circumstances.
