To return an Ayesha Ziya product, or to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via our

Returns will only be accepted by way of this procedure, as we cannot guarantee the safety of the fragrance bottles, gift sets and accessories with service providers who are not AZF GLOBAL PERFUME TRADING LLC approved couriers. When the product has been received and confirmed, we can then issue a refund or offer an exchange, providing the return meets our conditions for resale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been used, altered or damaged in any way.
